The International Shield Organization is an independent international organization established in 2011 with the mission of promoting human rights, strengthening the values of peace, justice, and coexistence among peoples, and supporting sustainable development worldwide.

Through comprehensive humanitarian, legal, and developmental initiatives, the organization works to empower communities, uphold human dignity, and contribute to global stability and social security. The organization also seeks to build effective international partnerships that encourage dialogue, cooperation, and openness in support of humanitarian causes and international understanding.

Founded by Dr. Saleh Muhamad Daher in the city of Odesa, Ukraine, the organization has grown into an internationally active institution dedicated to advancing peace, justice, and human rights. Dr. Daher currently serves as President of the organization.

The organization’s headquarters are located in Brussels, the capital of the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union. Over the years, the organization has expanded its international presence through a wide network of offices, delegations, and cooperation representatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, reflecting its growing role in humanitarian and human rights affairs worldwide.

The International Shield Organization is committed to promoting equality, empowering youth and women, supporting education and culture, and combating violence and extremism. The organization relies on a multidisciplinary team of experts, lawyers, human rights defenders, and volunteers from around the world who work collectively to protect human rights and strengthen the principles of justice and equality.
