There are agendas that feed on the conflicts and divisions of people, accumulating wealth and influence at the expense of the suffering of communities, while working to weaken the awareness of young people and drain their energies, turning them from a force capable of shaping the future into fuel for conflicts that serve neither their interests nor the future of generations to come.
When the awareness of young people is undermined by disinformation, hatred, fanaticism, and addiction, their energies become easier to manipulate and exploit, while natural differences among peoples and communities are transformed into tools for division and conflict.
Therefore, protecting the awareness of young people is not merely an educational issue; it is a human responsibility related to protecting communities, safeguarding the future of generations, and preserving every person’s right to determine their own future free from manipulation and exploitation.
Young people across the world, with your beliefs, languages, cultures and human diversity, do not allow anyone to turn your differences into hostility, your anger into violence, or your energies into tools for destroying your communities and the future of generations to come.
You are not a generation waiting for the future; you are an essential part of shaping it. Your strength does not lie only in your numbers, but in your awareness, your ability to think independently, distinguish truth from disinformation, and transform your energies into a force for constructive action and positive change.
Racism, discrimination, sectarianism, marginalization, poverty and corruption, together with drugs, addiction, hate speech and disinformation, are not separate challenges. When these problems accumulate, they weaken societies and exhaust the human spirit, creating an environment that can be exploited to deepen divisions and ignite conflicts.
Therefore, change begins with you. Resist addiction, verify information before believing or sharing it, reject racism and hate speech, and respect the diversity of people and cultures. Take part in voluntary and humanitarian work, support the most vulnerable, and connect with young people from around the world to build bridges of dialogue, understanding, and cooperation.
Do not wait for others to create your future. Create it yourselves through knowledge, awareness, action, and responsibility. Make your differences a source of strength, your diversity a bridge toward greater understanding, and your energies a means of building a future founded on greater security, justice, and dignity.
The strength of young people does not lie only in their numbers, but in their awareness and their ability to transform their energies into a force for construction, creativity, and positive change. When young people recognize that their dignity, awareness, and future are a shared responsibility, attempts to divide and weaken them become less likely to succeed.
Be a stronghold for humanity, builders of life, and carriers of the message of peace, dignity, and justice. Let your voices become bridges between people, and let your knowledge and awareness be tools for building a world that is more secure, just, and humane.
The world does not need a new generation to serve as fuel for conflicts; it needs a new generation of future-makers and defenders of peace and human dignity.
