Organization International congress Shield
Youth are the beating heart of any society. When given opportunities and knowledge, they transform from recipients of aid to drivers of change. This belief is the foundation upon which the International Shield Organization builds its strategies to combat poverty and hunger, raise community awareness, and protect the environment by investing first and foremost in people—particularly youth.
The organization follows a comprehensive approach that begins with education, not just as a tool for acquiring skills, but as a key to liberation from need. It supports free education initiatives in underprivileged areas, develops training programs that cater to local realities, and encourages entrepreneurship and creativity, enabling young people to create their opportunities rather than waiting for them. The organization also focuses on enhancing education and awareness in marginalized areas, providing equal opportunities for children and youth, free from discrimination and exclusion.
The organization believes that poverty is not fought solely with aid, but with empowerment. From this standpoint, it strives to build economic and social awareness among youth, equipping them with the ability to enter the job market and contribute to the development of their communities. It also guides them toward sustainable development projects, particularly in agriculture and food production, which are seen as key solutions to fighting hunger.
On the environmental front, the organization makes significant efforts to spread the culture of land reclamation and soil preservation. It organizes workshops and seminars on sustainable agricultural practices and supports youth-led initiatives that revive neglected areas and turn them into productive sources that benefit both the community and the environment. The organization places particular emphasis on protecting arable soil from degradation, as it is a fundamental resource for food security and a critical element in maintaining ecological balance in the face of climate change.
As part of its ongoing efforts, the International Shield Organization holds regular conferences and seminars that bring together experts and practitioners from various countries to exchange experiences and explore best practices in the fields of development, education, and the environment. The organization also hosts local meetings with communities, offering youth, women, and marginalized groups a platform to express their needs and participate in finding solutions in a transparent and inclusive manner.
In its relentless pursuit of social justice, the organization prioritizes the protection of vulnerable and marginalized groups. It works to empower them with their rights and protect them from discrimination, violence, and social exclusion, whether from individuals or unjust systems.
What the International Shield Organization plants today in terms of awareness will bear fruit tomorrow in the form of opportunities, projects, and stronger communities capable of facing challenges. When youth become true partners in development, poverty is no longer a fate, and hunger is no longer a destiny—it’s a battle that can be won.
In this context, the International Shield Organization calls on every young person to rise and join the battle of awareness and knowledge. Change starts with an idea and grows through action. Do not let anything discourage you, for you possess the power, intellect, and determination. You are the hope, and you are the ones who can build, no matter how tough the challenges may be.

International Congress for Protecting the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens – SHIELD
Women have always been the backbone of society, shaping the future by raising generations. Yet, many continue to face marginalization and exclusion, deprived of opportunities to fulfill their potential and contribute to societal development. Supporting these women is not just a humanitarian duty but a crucial step toward societal progress.
Wars and armed conflicts disproportionately affect women, exposing them to poverty, displacement, and violence. In conflict zones, women suffer from insecurity, lack of resources, and exploitation. Thus, aiding them requires more than humanitarian relief—it necessitates legal, social, and economic empowerment, ensuring their active role in rebuilding communities.
In this regard, Shield International Organization plays a vital role in supporting marginalized women by providing sustainable solutions for their empowerment. The organization advocates for women’s rights, enhances access to education and employment, and offers protection for survivors of violence, making it a key partner in achieving justice and gender equality.
Empowerment goes beyond financial aid; it involves equipping women with knowledge, awareness, and decision-making abilities. Education is the first step toward breaking the cycle of marginalization, enabling women to understand and defend their rights while opening doors to new opportunities. Hence, expanding women’s access to both academic and vocational education is essential for their independence and success in the job market.
Economic independence is another cornerstone of women’s empowerment. When women have their own source of income, they gain autonomy in decision-making, free from social and economic pressures. Supporting female-led small businesses and integrating women into the economic landscape fosters progress and prosperity for all.
However, true empowerment is incomplete without protection from violence and discrimination. Many women endure domestic and societal abuse, highlighting the urgent need for strict laws and psychological and social support systems. Shield International Organization provides legal aid and psychological assistance to survivors while raising awareness to challenge harmful social norms and promote gender equality.
Advocating for women’s rights is not just about slogans—it requires collective action from civil society, governments, educational institutions, and the media. Every entity has a role in ensuring women are given equal opportunities to shape a better future. When women achieve full rights and empowerment, they become key contributors to a more just and humane society where both men and women play an active role in driving change.

International Congress for Protecting the Rights and Freedom of Citizens SHIELD

At the International Congress for Protecting the Rights and Freedom of Citizens SHIELD, we firmly believe that human beings, with their inherent right to a dignified life and inviolable freedom, must be the highest priority. No development or stability should ever come at the expense of human dignity, as it is the supreme value that must be upheld above all political and economic considerations. Defending human rights is not a luxury—it is a necessity that determines the fate of societies and distinguishes living civilizations from those that crush the human spirit.
Humanity First: Dignity Defying Tyranny
In an era of chaos and destructive division, where values collapse in the face of narrow interests, holding onto humanity is not just a choice but an existential battle that demands awareness and free will. The struggle today is no longer just about survival; it is a struggle for meaning, for dignity—something far greater than any material progress or false authority that seeks to enslave people under empty slogans.
Human dignity is not an intellectual luxury but the very foundation upon which any healthy society must be built. No true civilization can rise on the ruins of human rights. No amount of development can substitute for justice. Towering buildings cannot heal broken spirits, advanced technology cannot justify oppression, and false stability cannot be more valuable than freedom.
The Battle of Awareness: A Weapon Against Domination
If today’s battle revolves around controlling minds, then awareness is the sharpest weapon. We are not only facing tyrants in power but also ideological systems that legitimize oppression, media that perpetuates fear, education that manufactures subjugation, and rhetoric that fuels hatred instead of bringing people together.
In this context, media deception is a primary tool in the hands of ruling elites. Hate speech and sectarianism are deliberately fueled to divide populations and keep them under control. Masses are distracted with fabricated conflicts, while real power remains untouched and unaccountable. Stirring hostility among communities is merely a tactic to solidify tyranny and prevent people from demanding their fundamental rights.
Breaking the Cycle of Hate and Violence
Hate speech is the fuel of tyranny because a dictator needs a divided society—one consumed by internal conflicts so that people do not focus on governmental corruption. When individuals are pushed into hating one another, they become blind to the real enemy and are turned into mere pawns in a vicious game where only oppression emerges victorious.
The fight against hate speech and violence starts with redefining enemies and allies—with dismantling the illusions created to keep people in a constant state of fear and restoring the ability to think critically instead of blindly accepting pre-packaged narratives.
The Role of SHIELD in Defending Humanity and Its Rights
In this struggle, the International Congress SHIELD plays a crucial role in protecting human dignity and strengthening the fight for awareness against oppression and tyranny. The organization is committed to exposing human rights violations, spreading awareness, and combating all forms of injustice and discrimination.
Defending humanity and its dignity is not just a slogan but a responsibility that demands relentless effort and commitment. SHIELD actively documents crimes and violations, advocates for just causes, and provides legal and humanitarian support to those deprived of their rights to freedom and justice.
Humanity as an Alternative: Towards a More Just World
The alternative to chaos is not tyranny, and the alternative to division is not oppression. Rather, it is the establishment of societies based on justice, freedom of expression, and respect for human diversity. Humanity is not a romantic notion—it is the only force capable of saving the world from the cycle of violence and injustice.
We need an intellectual revolution that re-centers human beings in the equation—one that is not built on empty slogans but on genuine awareness that places human dignity above all political and economic interests.
It Is Time to Stand for Humanity
We are at a historical crossroads: either we continue down the path of hatred and oppression, or we choose the path of humanity and awareness. Change begins with an idea, and an idea begins with a decision: to be human before anything else.
This is where the role of free human rights organizations like SHIELD becomes essential. The organization firmly believes that dignity and freedom are not privileges granted—they are rights that must be seized. Standing for humanity is not just a moral stance; it is an existential battle that every individual must fight to create a world that is more just and peaceful.
It is time to take a stand for humanity—to reject all narratives that dehumanize us, and to believe that true humanity is the only force capable of breaking the chains of tyranny and shaping a brighter future for generations to come.
In the city of Odesa, Ukraine, the International Shield Organization for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms organized an international conference to discuss ways to combat environmental crimes under the slogan “Stop Environmental Crimes on Earth.” The conference witnessed broad participation from representatives of the Ukrainian government, the Deputy Governor of Odesa, as well as delegates from European, Asian, and African countries. Additionally, numerous human rights and humanitarian organizations, heads of institutions, unions, and civil society organizations from various Ukrainian cities attended. The event also brought together representatives of minorities and religious groups, distinguished academics, legal experts, journalists, university presidents, and global environmental specialists.
A Call for a World Free of Weapons of Mass Destruction
The conference was held in response to the growing environmental crimes threatening our planet and the systematic destruction of forests and natural resources. In his opening speech, the organization’s president, Dr. Saleh Daher, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the urgent need to unite efforts to tackle these challenges. He stated:
“Let us create a world free of lethal weapons—biological, hydrogen, nuclear, and other weapons of mass destruction—which could soon bring the world to an end and lead to the extinction of humanity. The devastating effects of these internationally banned weapons remain visible, as they have been used in multiple regions worldwide, leaving disastrous impacts on land, water, and air. These weapons have led to soil contamination, increased mortality rates, congenital disabilities, and the spread of diseases, especially among children and youth. The damage is not limited to humans alone but affects all living creatures on our planet. We are the only ones capable of making a change and redirecting the course toward what is right. The power of goodwill and humanity is stronger than evil and tyranny.”
Conference Resolutions and Recommendations
After extensive discussions on environmental crimes and their impact on the future of our planet, the conference committee and participants reached a set of crucial recommendations, including:
Sending an official letter to the UN Secretary-General, the European Council, the African Union, the Asian Union, the American Union, heads of states and monarchs, and international organizations demanding the establishment of a permanent, independent international committee to investigate environmental crimes.
Classifying environmental crimes as crimes against humanity and referring them to international courts for legal accountability.
Strengthening global efforts to combat environmental crimes and urging governments to take serious steps to reduce pollution and environmental degradation.
Key Topics Discussed at the Conference
The conference addressed several critical environmental issues, including:
Preventing environmental disasters on Earth
The urgent need to raise environmental awareness among people
Reducing excessive military expenditures and redirecting resources toward environmental protection
Banning the development, testing, and use of climate, nuclear, and biological weapons, along with other destructive weapons
Ensuring a clean and healthy planet for future generations
Conclusion: Signing of the Global Appeal Project
At the conclusion of the conference, all participants signed a Global Appeal Project, calling for international efforts to combat environmental crimes and enhance global cooperation to secure a sustainable future for the coming generations.
A Humanitarian Message from the International Shield Organization
Through this conference, the International Shield Organization reaffirmed its commitment to environmental protection and the fight against environmental crimes. The organization called on all governments and international bodies to take full responsibility for safeguarding the planet and to implement immediate measures to prevent further destruction of nature.

Every year on March 8th, the world observes International Women’s Day—not just as a celebration but as a moment to highlight the struggles of women, especially those affected by war, poverty, and oppression.
In conflict zones, women face compounded hardships, enduring displacement, loss, and deprivation of basic rights. Many become homeless refugees or single mothers fighting to raise their children amidst devastation. Despite it all, they embody strength, resilience, and hope.
This day calls for global solidarity with the unheard women, advocating not just with words but through real support—education, care, and justice. The Shield International Organization emphasizes the need to spotlight these women’s suffering and provide the means to restore their dignity and lives.
Today, let’s remember the silent fighters, the mothers nurturing hope through hardship, and the girls dreaming of a fairer, safer world. Women, even in the darkest times, remain symbols of resilience, hope, and change.
International Congress for Protecting the Rights and Freedom of Citizens SHIELD
In light of the current challenges, the international organization Shield emphasizes that the Ukrainian people, who are suffering from the violation of their sovereignty, have the legitimate right to defend their land and independence, free from the exploitation of the major powers’ interests. Ukraine’s sovereignty is not a bargaining chip in the game of influence; it is a right guaranteed by international law.
Ukrainian Sovereignty is a Red Line
International law clearly recognizes the right of every nation to protect its independence and sovereignty — a right that is non-negotiable. We call on the international community to support Ukraine without imposing politically motivated conditions. Genuine support should not be tied to allegiance or dependence.
What is happening today in Ukraine is not just a border conflict; it is a clash between the right of peoples to self-determination and the forces seeking to revive systems of domination. Silence in the face of attempts to manipulate the destinies of nations for personal or political gain is a silent betrayal of the principles of freedom and justice.
Unconditional International Solidarity
The “Shield” organization firmly believes that Ukraine is not a battlefield for competing powers, nor a tool in the hands of new tyrants. It is a sovereign nation with a free people who refuse to submit. Therefore, international solidarity with Ukraine must be clear and unconditional, because political blackmail is just as dangerous as military aggression.
Protecting Human Rights
“Shield” stresses the importance of protecting human rights by focusing on civilian protection, documenting violations, and ensuring accountability for war crimes. The organization also supports efforts to protect vulnerable groups, including children, women, and the elderly.
Nations that defend their freedom and independence are the ones that shape their history. Today, Ukraine offers the world a living example of the struggle for freedom.
Together for a free and independent Ukraine.
