On July 3, 2017, a solemn celebration of the 70th anniversary of the First Deputy Hetman, Supreme Ataman of the Ukrainian Cossacks Anatoly Ivanovich Petko took place.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Cossacks from many countries came to congratulate the day’s hero: from Moldova, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Bulgaria, and others.
On behalf of the International Organization, “Shield” congratulated the President of the organization, Professor Dager Saleh Mukhamed, because he holds the post of General Cornet, Advisor to the Field Hetman of the Ukrainian Cossacks on international relations and protection of citizens. The day’s hero was presented with a beautiful commemorative sword and other souvenirs from the Middle East.
Many wishes and pleasant words were heard during the event.
Also, at the celebration, representatives of the Ukrainian Cossacks were awarded, who, with honor and dignity, defended the Ukrainian land in the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.

On June 7, in the Odessa City garden, positive action took place for a case of the Day of Vietnam in Odessa. Organizers appeared Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Ukraine and the Vietnamese association in Odesa with the support of the Odesa regional public administration and the Odesa city council. I opened the action with the Plenipotentiary ambassador of Vietnam in Ukraine, Huo Dak Min Nguyet. I told that in Odessa, this first action of such character that the purpose of carrying out a holiday became a desire to acquaint the city and its inhabitants with Vietnam’s culture, traditions, vital way, and cuisine. So that it was possible to provide everything better, benches and tents with various handiwork and creativity, food and drinks are organized. Here the exhibition of operations of the known Vietnamese photographer was provided to City Garden Are figured as the sight of Vietnam and – Odessa. As guests of honor, there were representatives of public authorities and local government, public organizations, and national and cultural societies.
The holiday came to an end with a bright and colorful concert.
On March 26, 2015, in Odesa, Hotel California, the President of the International Congress for the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens “Shield,” Daher Saleh, attended a seminar on raising awareness of civil society and religious and belief communities in Ukraine held by the OSCE.
Seminar participants shared their experiences on how they and their acquaintances are affected by violations of freedom of religion and belief and hate crimes. Discussed the obligation of the state to protect, respect, and promote the observance, protection, and assistance in the implementation of freedom of religion and belief.
There were active discussions about strategies to prevent and respond to violations of the principles of equality, non-discrimination, and freedom of religion or belief.

In Kyiv, on March 10, 2015, the fifth meeting of the Commission on International Relations of the Public Council of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine took place. Deputy Minister of European Integration Vitrenko Andrei Nikolayevich attended the meeting.
It should be noted that Dr. Saleh Вaher, head of the Shield Organization, has been an official member of this council since its inception.
The International “Shield” Organization for the Protection of the Rights and Freedom of Citizens is one of the most significant human rights and humanitarian organizations in Ukraine. It is an independent, non-affiliated international organization. Its membership includes many professionals and people who dedicate their efforts to voluntary humanitarian work and monitoring human rights in various parts of the world, including lawyers, doctors, journalists, writers, and university professors. The experts specializing in the affairs of the countries of the world, who are of different nationalities, were established in Ukraine in 2010 under the chairmanship of Dr. Saleh Daher due to the harsh and painful events that the world is witnessing, including conflicts, armed conflicts and bloody wars that have killed millions of innocent people and millions of refugees and migrants who have been displaced and displaced as a result of disputes and internal conflicts and others. The World Shield Organization has won many awards, honors, and certificates of appreciation from the highest levels of the official Ukrainian government, international human rights organizations, and civil society organizations for the great work it has done over the past years, and it has received official and popular respect in Ukraine.

Odessa, on March 27, 2015, the two-day workshop was called by the Organization for Security and Cooperation International with the broad participation of representatives of religious sects and international organizations working to defend human rights.
Saleh Dhaher, head of the Organization International Congress Shield, participated in the International Security and Cooperation Organization.
To work together on the outstanding issues that are not resolved in their countries to submit them to European and international courts to harm them. Several topics were discussed, the most important of which are hatred and its limits and impact on human beings – religion – and freedom of belief.

In the first days of June, the leadership of the Volyn temporary stay center for foreigners and stateless persons illegally staying on the territory of Ukraine, represented by the director Valery Nikolayevich Demchuk, addressed the Assalam International Charitable Foundation with a written request to provide charitable assistance.
On July 22, 2013, the President of the Assalam International Charitable Foundation and the International Committee for the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens “Shield” Daher Saleh Muhamed visited the Volyn, a temporary stay center for foreigners stateless persons. At the moment, people from Arab countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other countries live there. Some live alone, but there are whole families. To effectively organize leisure, improve the conditions of stay of these people who are in a crisis in conditions of long-term detention, taking into account religious, national characteristics, and country of origin, the leadership of the Assalam Foundation decided to provide charitable assistance to the Volyn PVPI and the people who live there. A multimedia projector and screen, soccer and basketball balls, table tennis sets, books, and textbooks were donated to conduct educational activities among illegal migrants. Also, donated clothes, hats, personal hygiene items, and food. Separately, food products were purchased for citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
