The Shield Organization in the People’s Republic of Algeria is preparing, in coordination with its members and advisors, to facilitate the relief humanitarian shield convoy for the people of Ukraine.
In cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in Algeria, this humanitarian initiative comes from the Algerian Commission, given the warnings of a difficult period that Ukraine will pass through this winter.
Widespread attacks against civilians and critical infrastructure continue across the country, with devastating consequences for civilians, as a result of the intense missile strikes by the Russian forces over the past weeks, which targeted the energy infrastructure in Ukraine, which led to a complete outage of electricity, drinking water and heating.
