A letter of thanks from the Oncology Hospital in Odessa to the President of the SHIELD Organization

The abuse of position is considered one of the most critical crimes introduced in the article on corruption crimes. It is represented in: “The act or omission of a public official during the exercise of his duties in violation of the law or regulation to obtain an undue advantage in the future.” Studying this crime requires exposure to the explanation of the reason for criminalizing it, distinguishing it from the Corruption of bribery, and exposure to the pillars on which it is based.
The United Nations Convention Against Corruption is the only universal, legally binding instrument against Corruption. The Convention’s far-reaching approach and the critical nature of its provisions make it a unique tool for developing a comprehensive response to a global problem. The agreement covers five main areas: preventive measures, criminalization and law enforcement, international cooperation, asset recovery, technical assistance, and information exchange. The agreement covers many forms of Corruption, such as bribery, influence trading, abuse of office, and various acts of Corruption in the private sector. One of the most prominent features of the agreement is the inclusion of a particular chapter on asset recovery to return assets to their rightful owners, including the countries from which they were illegally taken. The vast majority of the United Nations member states are parties to this Convention.
Other major anti-corruption conventions, such as the Inter-American Convention against Corruption, the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and the African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption, exist but are limited to either specific regions of the world or particular manifestations.
Corruption is an insidious disease with many harmful effects on societies.
It curtails democracy and the rule of law, leads to human rights abuses, distorts markets and deteriorates the quality of life, and allows organized crime, terrorism, and other threats to human security to flourish.
This malicious phenomenon exists in all countries – large and small, rich and poor – but its effects in the developing world are devastating.
The rights and responsibilities of everyone to address corruption include states, government officials, civil servants, law enforcement personnel, media representatives, the private sector, civil society, academia, the public, and youth.
However, not just nations need to unite and confront this global problem with shared responsibility. Every person, young or old, has a role in preventing and combating Corruption to achieve flexibility and integrity at all levels of society.
To achieve this, policies, regulations, and measures must be in place so people can speak out and reject Corruption. The United Nations Convention against Corruption affirms the responsibility of governments to protect whistleblowers by ensuring they are protected from retaliation effectively. These measures contribute to creating effective, accountable, and transparent institutions, making progress toward establishing a culture of integrity and fairness.

The individual’s right to life: Article 85 of the Federal Constitutional Law recognizes that the state guarantees the protection of the life of all individuals on its territory, regardless of their origin.

There are many freedoms guaranteed by human rights in Austria, such as the freedom guaranteed to media representatives such as journalists and others. Despite the diversity of spaces in Austria, the law prohibits forming national or far-right socialist organizations or even simply defending their goals. It also prohibits not recognizing the crimes committed by the Nazis to minimize the crimes committed during the Second World War.
The right of an individual to protect his private information.
The right of an individual to protect the confidentiality of his correspondence.
Human rights are attached to his body.
Prohibition of torture and inhumane punishment or treatment: If you fall into the hands of the police or appear before a court in Austria, it is forbidden for the police to treat you with cruelty or brutality. They must treat you with complete respect, whether in the police station or prison, after any sentence has been issued against you.
Slavery, servitude, forced labor, or compulsory labor were prohibited in Austria.
The right to equality
There is no difference between a man and a woman, as they are human beings with rights and freedoms that must be respected. Human rights in Austria provide equality between men and women so that both may work and strive. A woman can function and complete her training without her husband’s consent. Acts of violence against women and children are prohibited.
In Austria, all individuals’ rights and duties are equal, ensuring that human rights are respected in Austria. The government in Austria is keen to implement the laws contained in the federal constitution and to achieve justice and equality among all its citizens. The federal government in Austria provides specialized committees to receive complaints from every person who may be subject to violating any of his rights.
Peaceful coexistence is fundamental to building a harmonious and thriving society. It requires individuals and communities to live together with respect, empathy, and mutual understanding, transcending differences in culture, religion, or ideology. This principle, rooted in both heart and mind, fosters an environment where conflicts are resolved amicably and common goals are achieved collaboratively.
A society that values peaceful coexistence sees a ripple effect on many aspects of human life:
The International Congress for the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens (SHIELD) emphasizes the importance of peaceful coexistence as a cornerstone of its mission. By advocating for human rights, promoting intercultural dialogue, and providing humanitarian aid, SHIELD strives to build societies where justice, respect, and understanding prevail. The organization believes that coexistence is not just a societal goal but a moral imperative essential for ensuring global stability and progress.
At the Congress Shield Organization for the Defense of the Rights and Freedom of Citizens, we realize that activating the language and culture of discussion is the only way to establish international peace and security.
And that dialogue is the compass for managing crises between the various parties and ensuring stability.
And that dialogue is a feature of civilized societies and an effective tool that helps them solve complex problems and enhance social cohesion.
Dialogue is not just a discussion or a conference. It is about creating a safe space for people to come out and reveal their assumptions, perceptions, and judgments.
One of the reasons for the success of the positive dialogue process is the right people with high guarantees, and the impediment of any peace process lies mainly in people’s ignorance of the culture of dialogue.
Favoritism and their lack of awareness of the importance of dialogue
Dialogue is an effective way to communicate with family members. When parents are good communicators with their children, they can learn about the positive and negative aspects of themselves and their children and contribute to changing them. Family dialogue is necessary to form an ideal family.
Justice can only be achieved by hearing and listening to individuals and discussing whatever issue or problem they share. The absence of effective dialogue means incomplete truth and distorted justice.
Exchange of information, cultures, and experiences between people. Knowledge can only be learned and shared through dialogue that positively influences societies’ progress.
Therefore, the Congress Shield Organization for the Defense of the Rights and Freedom of Citizens must focus on spreading the dialogue between individuals, societies, and cultures to achieve lofty humanitarian goals.

Disinformation is one of the most destructive weapons of our time.
A large class of paid vandals, enemies of humanity worldwide, seeks to mislead the facts, try to obliterate them, and transmit false information through which brainwashing and human destruction are carried out.
Recent decades have been characterized by rapid technological transformations that have changed how people interact, communicate, and access information worldwide. These fundamental shifts have had consequences, including the accelerating spread of misinformation, disinformation, and hate speech.
Since the inception of the International Shield Organization for the Defense of the Rights and Freedom of Citizens, we have warned a lot about this colorful group, which poses a significant danger to all of us, public security and safety, and the people of the same society.
Each of us has a duty and responsibility as citizens to prevent this hateful phenomenon.
