On October 25, 2012, the President of the Public Organization “International Congress for the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens” Shield “and the Assalam Charitable Foundation, together with the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights, represented by Deputy Chairman Yuri Shibanov, as part of the commission, visited the Black Sea women’s correctional colony No. 74.
For objectivity, representatives of various state and public organizations took part in the commission’s work.
The main reason for the visit was the information that allegedly, women are kept in inhuman conditions, they are bullied, and young mothers, as a disciplinary punishment, are not allowed to see their children, who are in the Children’s Home at the colony.
The first place visited by the commission was the Children’s Home at the colony. At the moment, there are 79 children under the age of 3 years in it. Of course, the first thing that caught your eye was the perfect cleanliness and order that reigned in all rooms, whether residential or utility. I managed to talk to the Orphanage staff and learn more about the kids’ lives. Women prisoners can see the child twice a day for two hours. The rest of the time, they are engaged with educators, psychologists, and nannies. If possible, with the help of patrons for children, they take them on excursions to the circus and the dolphinarium. And for every holiday they organize matinees and performances, of course with gifts and contests. The commission was on a visit precisely at the time when mothers were walking with their children. The kids happily posed for photos and TV cameras. Without any embarrassment, they walked into the hands of the guests. According to the mothers, it became clear that they are calm while their children are here with them and that nothing terrible will happen to them.
After the commission followed to the colony’s library, Librarian Marina said that almost everyone reads, and many organizations donate newspapers and books. There is also an exhibition of works by prisoners; it should be noted that most of them deserve praise.
The rooms where women sleep and stay during non-working hours were not spared attention either. White sheets and perfectly made beds surprised me. Also, members of the commission visited a dignity. Honey. Part.
Olga Nikolaevna Karakay, head of the Black Sea penal colony No. 74, answered all the questions of interest to the commission. She assured that, if desired, such a check could be repeated on any day at any time of the day so that incomprehensible and accusatory rumors about the inhuman treatment of women prisoners were finally settled.

Let’s make a world free of weapons, free of biological, hydrogen, and nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction with which the world will end soon, and humanity will perish. The effects of these internationally prohibited lethal weapons are still visible in our time after people have used them in more than one country and region. In the land, air, water, soil, children, the elderly, and women, because of these deadly weapons, the death rate, deformed births, the emergence of diseases, and the disabled, especially among the youth, are all polluted. The perfect human will is more vital than evil and tyranny towards righteousness.
