It is known that diplomacy, as an instrument of influence of the heads of state and government on the implementation of the goals and objectives of foreign and domestic policy, has always played and still plays an essential role in establishing mutually beneficial relations between countries. And the actual effectiveness of all kinds of diplomatic actions and actions has always been achieved to a large extent thanks to taking into account the results of the efforts of people’s (public) diplomacy, which is understood only as a historically continuous process of communication, mutual knowledge of peoples, development of mutual understanding between them and mutual enrichment of cultures. It is not related to the activities of professionals of the official diplomatic corps. It is carried out by non-governmental entities not associated with government institutions, such as educational, cultural, sports, legal, and public organizations. Including the International Congress for the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens “SHIELD,” which I have the honor to lead.
We are constantly convinced that today when nuclear-space and environmental threats hang over humanity, military conflicts arise in different regions of the planet, and people’s democracy is an essential factor in world politics. The world community has come forward and is doing so in our time with many initiatives aimed at ensuring universal security, reducing nuclear weapons, fighting hunger and disease, and strengthening peacekeeping activities. And in my opinion, with the development of technological processes, and the revolution that has taken place in recent years in the field of communications, the role of people’s diplomacy will continuously increase. In particular, in improving political and economic relations between countries, stopping and preventing military conflicts, ensuring interfaith and interethnic harmony, strengthening interethnic relations, in developing cultural and multilingual diversity. It is difficult to overestimate the role of public diplomacy in the fight against terrorism and extremism, as well as against racism and xenophobia.
People’s diplomacy should be based primarily on trust and persuasion. The dialogue of the contracting parties should be based on mutual respect for traditions and national values. It is a comprehensive, balanced dialogue based on common sense, and not gunboat diplomacy, that should underlie the institution of both official and public diplomacy. And this can be achieved with the participation of the general public, the media, charitable non-profit organizations, and famous and authoritative personalities from scientists, writers, artists, artists, athletes, and business people.
I want to finish my reflections with a reminder of the need to involve young people in active participation in public diplomacy. Without this, its further development as an essential tool for influencing the course of political and economic processes on a regional, national, and global scale is impossible.

It is known that the suffering of the disadvantaged, their constant discrimination, and inequality in all spheres of life lead to the spread of such phenomena as crime, delinquency, and military conflicts. Outcasts participate in armed groups, riots, demonstrations, and sabotage to improve their living conditions, which in most cases lead to imprisonment or death. This is facilitated by those who deny marginalized individuals legal rights and essential services.
The lack of social justice is one of the leading causes of violence and extremism.
Therefore, those in power are called upon to protect society’s marginalized and poorest groups.
Social justice is the fundamental principle of peaceful coexistence, prosperity, and progress. If it is absent from society, the ground for violence and extremism is strengthened. The current conflicts, including wars, in various countries, confirm that the lack of justice threatens security and stability and negatively affects their political, economic, and cultural life.
Ensuring human dignity for all citizens requires a deliberate policy to provide social justice at the international level. To do this, it is necessary to give justice more reasonable powers and flexibility to influence the solution of economic and social problems. Everyone has the right to live at a level that guarantees the well-being of individuals and families, including access to food, clothing, housing, health care, and social services.
Threats from marginalized groups that make up a large part of the population (especially the poor, disadvantaged, and those with limited incomes living in slums, on the outskirts of cities, in isolated neighborhoods, or refugee camps) are increasing and manifesting themselves to varying degrees, in various forms. And this is due primarily to the fact that they do not have a means of subsistence and are subjected to all sorts of exploitation when they receive them.
Studying the problem raised, the author concluded that if we want to build a society in which justice and equality prevail, then we must put the fight against marginalization among the most critical problems and conduct it taking into account the realities because the marginals form that force of pressure, which can grow like a snowball.
Social justice is the main factor in ensuring loyalty in society, as it motivates citizens to work productively and obey the law. During her absence, people become frustrated and aggressive, which can lead to violence in its various manifestations. The consequences of this situation may be the infringement of the population’s political, economic, and social activity in society.

What the world is witnessing now is a dangerous and decisive turn that threatens the security and stability of the universe and humanity after the forces of evil and tyranny dominated it, forces thirsty for bloodshed and armed with slogans of justice, equality, and freedom. To intimidate and threaten the security and stability of other countries.
What the world is witnessing now is the dominance of the language of violence and force, where the language of threats and threats of war and the use of internationally prohibited weapons has become the dominant one, and it has become, in the eyes of the leaders, the most successful way to resolve all disputes.
The current world order has failed to establish global peace and security with its international institutions.
We are in dire need of a just and deterrent global force that defends legitimate human rights and guarantees freedom for all without regard to nationality, gender, color, and belief, to reach common human denominators that would protect the world from the repercussions of conflicts, chaos, and terrorism and to solve all chronic international problems.
The whole world is in dire need of establishing a new international order based on justice and equality between peoples and nations in which human dignity is preserved and in which everyone enjoys security and stability, a system that consolidates the values ?? of peace, dialogue, coexistence, and development and keeps the principles of international respect and non-interference in the internal affairs of states.
We must all work for a world where everyone enjoys the human rights guaranteed in the Universal Declaration, implement all resolutions issued by the Security Council, and bound states.
Respecting human rights, especially in countries where armed conflicts abound.
We are now in dire need of maintaining international peace and security because they are
The most important foundations and most prominent rules on which the edifice of humanity, civilizations, and the progress of societies are built
