As part of its ongoing efforts to expand its humanitarian and human rights activities, the International Congress Shield has officially announced the licensing of its new branch in the Republic of Moldova. The registration decision was issued by the Public Services Agency of the Republic of Moldova, marking a strong legal launch for the organization in the heart of the capital, Chisinau.
Legal Recognition and Humanitarian Mission
This decision (No. 1026620001581) represents a culmination of the organization’s efforts to institutionalize its activities within Moldovan territory. Mr. Feodor Gilitch, a prominent human rights activist, has been appointed as Director of the branch to lead the next phase, which aims to build bridges of cooperation between Moldovan civil society and international institutions.

The organization confirmed in its statement that the Moldova branch will operate under a comprehensive vision based on several key pillars, including:
- Protection of Freedoms: Defending human rights and fundamental freedoms for citizens and residents.
