Congratulations on the 93rd National Day celebrations, held by the Kingdom’s embassy in the Austrian capital, Vienna, in the presence of a wide government and diplomatic presence.
On this occasion, the President of the Global Shield Organization, Dr. Saleh Daher, delivered a telegram of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the generous Saudi people.
The International Congress for Protecting the Rights and Freedom of CiiIzens SHIELD delegation, headed by Dr. Saleh Daher, the Commissioner-General of the Organization in Austria, Mr. Abdel Hedi Bousnina, and Dr. Jacob Staubmann, Head of International Relations of the Organization in Austria, visited the United Nations headquarters in Vienna. The Office of the International Atomic Energy Agency is an independent non-governmental organization operating under the supervision of the United Nations. It was established on June 29, 1957, for the purpose of encouraging the peaceful use of nuclear energy and limiting nuclear armaments. To carry out this mission, it carries out oversight, inspection, and investigation work in countries with nuclear facilities. The United Nations headquarters in Vienna is considered one of the four global headquarters of the United Nations. The comprehensive programs, training, and initiatives of the Vienna Internship Program and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime were reviewed. The organization’s delegation also visited the office responsible for submitting reports and complaints regarding human rights violations. It should be noted that the Global Shield Organization will participate in most of the sessions of the Human Rights Council at the beginning of 2024.
The devastating hurricane disaster in Libya led to the deaths of hundreds and thousands of missing, injured, and displaced people due to Hurricane “Daniel,” which struck many regions and cities in the north and east of the country, accompanied by heavy rains, which led to massive human and material losses, resulting in thousands of injured and displaced persons, and the destruction of homes and roads. A Libyan Red Crescent Society source said, “The total statistics that reached the room from all branches of the Red Crescent amounted to 2,800 dead.”

Providing aid to the Libyan people
We at the Shield Organization make an urgent appeal to the international community, governments, humanitarian organizations, and international bodies to commit to the humanitarian duty and to accelerate the move towards providing humanitarian aid and relief to the Moroccan people as a result of the devastating earthquake that claimed the lives of thousands of people and the injured and extensive destruction of the infrastructure.
We reiterate our deep condolences, sympathy, and great solidarity with the Moroccan people, and we pray to God to shower them with His mercy, to inspire them with patience in this painful tragedy, and to grant those affected a speedy recovery.
May security, peace, stability, and prosperity prevail throughout Morocco.
