On 3/4/2024, I received His Excellency the Ambassador of Ukraine to Tunisia and Libya.
Mr. Volodymyr Khomanets, the delegation of the International Shield Organization “Africa Commission,” congratulated the opening of the organization’s Commission office in Tunisia, where the friendly meeting between the two parties and constructive consultation took place to support, strengthen, and enable relations between Africa, Tunisia, and Ukraine in all economic, commercial, educational and investment fields.
And support Ukraine’s steadfastness in the challenges it faces
The members, Mr. Mohamed Kharouf, Commissioner for Africa; Mr. Noureddine Shousha, Director of the Office of Businessmen and Investors; Dr. Riad Dalloul, Advisor to the Africa Commission; and Mr. Abdelkader Obati, in charge of relations with Africa, participated in the meeting.
His Excellency the Ambassador praised the efforts of the Shield Organization and its humanitarian work around the world, wishing progress and prosperity.
The Ambassador of Ukraine to Tunisia and Libya, Mr. Volodymyr Khomanets, is considered a distinguished and significant figure in Ukrainian diplomacy abroad.
