Hence, cultural diversity is a necessary advantage for reducing poverty and achieving sustainable development. At the same time, accepting and acknowledging cultural diversity – through the creative use of media, information, and communications technology – contributes to creating a dialogue between civilizations and cultures and achieving mutual respect and understanding.”
